- No solicitations or donations may
be accepted on behalf of the PTO without consent from Principal and Pastor.
Any donations approved with receive a thank you card.
- No purchase or reimbursement shall
be made with PTO payment authorization. Form approval 1-00
- No account shall be opened in the
name of or for the SPCS-PTO without prior authorization from the Principal
and Pastor.
- Event and meetings other than
executive must be open to all members and must be approved prior to event.

- Committee shall not take action
without proper approval through PTO.
- Out of control meeting or events
will be pulled back through the Roberts Rules of Order-of control slips
again member can be asked to leave.
- Roll shall be taken every meeting
for purpose of voting status. For approval

- Do unto others as you would have
others do unto you.
- No event shall be scheduled without
proper committee and support in place before final vote.
- All notes, reminders, memos,
flyers, etc. will be typed written and must have President and Principals
signature.
- All activities involving students,
school facilities using SPCS-PTO name must go through proper voting and
approval of the PTO and the approval of the principal.
- Minutes shall be filed in the
school office within two days of approval.
- Members shall follow rules by laws
and constitution. To reinstate membership to PTO, one must be voted on by
executive committee if member has resigned or terminated. Termination or
resignation includes failure to follow constitution, bylaws, policies and
procedures of St. Patrick Catholic School Parent Teacher Organization.
